We report any abnormalities discovered at the dog, so you may seek veterinary advice if necessary.

We have to add an additional charge for unmanageable or aggressive dogs.

Please: Warn us of any bad habits that could interfere with successful dog grooming. If Zorro hates grooming and is likely to bite, tell us so we can take precautions. If Daisy has a heart problem or is subject to seizures, if she has arthritis, or if she is a fearful dog, tell us so we will be prepared.

A dog groomer is not a miracle worker. We cannot take a poorly maintained dog and turn it into a show-winner in one visit. You should maximize your chances of satisfaction by teaching the dog to accept the attentions of strangers and keeping the dogs coat free of mats and tangles.
